If you send an email to Verde Modular® as well as any other form of communication with Verde Modular® for any other personal data, specifically, informed and expressed for the handling of the personal information.
Verde Modular® can collect your personal information for the following end uses:
- Respond to questions and queries regarding the products and services we offer
- Verify and validate the veracity and quality of the information that you are sharing with us to become one of our distributors once the questionnaire is filled out and submitted

EXERCISING YOUR “ARCO” RIGHTS AND/OR REVOCATION OF CONSENT
At any moment, you, or your accredited legal representative, may exercise the right of Access, Rectification, Cancelation or Opposition (ARCO Rights), as well as revoking your consent to the handling of your personal data.
To exercise your above mentioned rights, you must send a request to our department of Information Privacy to the following email address legal@verdemodular.com specifying if what you want is to exercise one of your ARCO rights and/or revoke your consent where you must specify in your formal email that it is directed towards Verde Modular®. Once we receive your request, we will send the following forms: Application for ARCO Requirements Management and its procedures, or, the Revocation of Consent form, whichever the case may be.
The request to exercise the rights of the Holders must have the following information (i) Full Name, (ii) physical address and email address, (iii) clear and exact description of the data that you wish to exercise the corresponding rights, (iv) reason for the request, (v) any element that helps find the location of such data. Also, a copy of the holder’s Identification, and in its case, the proper legal document that accredits the Legal Representatives status.
Verde ModularTM Will respond within 20 workdays from receipt of the application form. Once a formal response is sent, the responsible party will have 15 days to implement the findings.
