In general terms, 2 medium plants fit per each wall eco-pot.

No, the floor eco-pots have grids on the top and above the maximum level of substrate that is specified inside the eco-pot. These grids allow excess water to drain from the eco-pot in the event of a storm, allowing water to escape and preventing the substrate from overflowing and covering the roof drains.
We recommend periodically checking the drains on your roof and removing dry leaves and/or objects that could obstruct the proper functioning of the drains.

Yes, the eco-pots have aggregates that provide a sunscreen and antioxidant agents, thus extending their useful life and allowing them to be exposed to the open air and the sun.

There is little maintenance since the eco-pots can store up to 1.32 gallons of water inside, which will be gradually used by the plant, thus reducing irrigation, and facilitating maintenance. We recommend fertilization and pest control at least 3 times a year.

To achieve the proper functioning of the eco-pots, it is necessary to use a substrate that contains at least 25% coconut fiber (preferably ground) since the coconut allows good water conduction through the pipettes that connect the substrate with the water tank. For the floor eco-pots, it is not necessary to do any special preparation prior to their installation, their design allows excess water to run freely under the eco-pots without generating humidity on the roof, it is only required that it have a minimum slope of 2% and that it does not have any problem of humidity or water leaks.
For wall-mounted eco-pots, prior preparation is required since they must be mounted on a metal frame.

Yes, the eco-pots have a 1-year guarantee if there is any manufacturing defect, this guarantee is valid with the Point of Sale where you purchased your eco-pot.

Most likely you put more water than you should, remember that floor eco-pots can store up to 6 liters of water without overflowing or dripping.
